Discipline Digest set out details of specific cases together with the final disposition. This serves to:
- Inform and educate members as well as the public; and
- Fulfill our duty as a self-regulating profession to demonstrate accountability and transparency.
June 2025 bylaw revisions removed the requirement for the Registrar or Investigation Committee to “provide a summary of the complaint and the rationale for dismissal on a publicly available website that excludes identities, locations, and timing to the extent that is needed to protect the identities of the complainant and the respondent”.
