NOVEMBER, ISSUE 1
The fall 2024 issue is the first of two parts that will deal with the theme of Collaboration. In it you will find different forms of collaboration, like the efforts done by a team of regulated professionals to save goshawks from regional extinction; collaborative research to fill fisher knowledge gaps; ways to enhance corporate Environmental, Social and Governance practices by including regulated professionals; and other interesting approaches to collaboration. You will also find a listing of new College volunteers and staff members, and the results of the latest College Matters Content Survey.
2023 ANNUAL REPORT
The 2023 Annual Report includes the Strategic Plan for 2022-2024, reports from the statutory committees, highlights of 2023, and a reminder to save the dates for our 2025 Conference in Prince George, BC.

DECEMBER, ISSUE 1
The fall 2023 issue is the College’s 20th Anniversary issue. In it you will find reflections on the College at 20 years by the Board chair, former Board members and young professionals; a summary of recent amendments to the Migratory Birds Regulations; and a feature article on eButterfly and its effect on the global community of butterfly enthusiasts by Rodrigo Solis Sosa. You will also find a listing of new College volunteers and staff members, and dates for the 2024 Conference and AGM.

The fall 2022 is the Paradigm Shift issue, and it includes features like “Ending Helicopter Research through Meaningful Collaborations” with M. Fernanda Adame Vivanco, PhD, MSc; “Haíɫzaqv Archeologist Practices M̓ṇúxvit: Approach to Ancestral Work” with Emilee Gilpin; “Na Malsga Aks—The Story the Water Tells” with T. Kunkel, K. Shaw, L. Lyons, D. Quinlan, H. Bastin and S. Oskey; an op-ed by the College’s former Nominations Committee chair Cairine Green on the importance of voting in College elections; and an op-ed regarding the federal government’s notice of intent on the labelling of toxic substances by Matthew Coady, RPBio, MREM.
JULY, ISSUE 1
The July 2022 is the Evolution of the Applied Biology Profession issue and includes features on the evolving nature of migratory bird research with Guillermo Pérez, MSc; ecological assessment of chemical stressors with Meara Crawford, RPBio, and Beth Power, RPBio; ECCC’s improved approach to marine incident response with Megan Willie, RPBio; an introduction to the College’s new mandatory training in Indigenous Awareness; and an op-ed regarding restoration by Gerry Leering, RPBio (Ret.). It also includes a listing of Committee and task force members for 2022/23 and information about how registrants can volunteer with the College.

The November 2021 is the Climate Change issue and includes features about ecological restoration, the Tree and Stand Simulator (TASS), and the Adaptation Learning Network. Also, you will find a review of the application process after one year with the new registrant database and the College’s 2022 AGM & Conference announcement.
MARCH, ISSUE 1
The March 2021 issue includes updates from senior leadership at the College, changes to the hierarchy of governance documents under Professional Governance Act, modernization of the CPD program and an article from the Office of the Superintendent of Professional Governance explaining their role in professional governance.
