NRTG’s Land Guardian Program (LGP) is a very practical, field-based 200-hour applied training program that provides participants with skills and abilities in four core skill areas: safety and fieldwork, management, environmental monitoring, identification and assessment, and management skills. LGP ‘graduates’ are qualified and capable to fulfill Land Guardian, Watchman, Field Supervisory, and Land Management positions.
