Due to the changes to the Credentialing Standard that are coming into effect on June 1st, 2026, the Program Accreditation Request form for the Registered Professional Biologist (RPBio) and Biologist in Training (BIT) designations is currently unavailable. Please contact the Registrar’s Office at 250-383-3306 for more information on how to submit your request. Thank you!

- Applied Biology Technician Accreditation Request Form
Then:
- Download form
- Save it on your computer
- Open and complete the form in Adobe (not in your browser)
- Resave the form and upload it below.
