I want to take the mandatory training while I wait for my application to be evaluated. Can I do that?

You are only able to complete the mandatory training once your application has been approved to prevent you from incurring additional costs if your application is rejected. Mandatory courses are self-paced and take approximately six hours in total to complete. See Mandatory Training on the application overview page for more information.
