SUMMARY:Erosion and Sediment Control Practitioner (ESCP) Certificate
DESCRIPTION:Presented by VOI Training Group\, ESCP investigates the fundamentals of erosion and sediment control practice. This starts with a comprehensive discussion of the theory and science of erosion and sediment control\, followed by a critical examination of a broad range of erosion and sediment controls to understand how they actually function\, their control effectiveness\, and comparative benefits/limitations. This course will give the participant the knowledge to: identify the actual control problem; understand what site factors can be manipulated for a control benefit; select the correct control practice(s); and\, implement correct control installation practices. Participants will receive an industry-recognized ESCP Certificate by attending all three days of training and achieving a pass grade on the course knowledge evaluation.
