Legal Requirements course now required for all applicants

The Legal Requirements course is activated and mandatory for all applicants whose application is classified as completed on or after October 16, 2023.

The Legal Requirements course covers federal and provincial legislation and other legal frameworks that registrants identified as being commonly used by applied biology professionals. It is a self-paced online course delivered via the College’s Learning Management System.

The Legal Requirements course is voluntary for existing registrants and can be completed for a reduced fee.
